Giota is a graduate of the University of Athens Law School; she concluded successfully her legal training at the Firm,and is now a member of the Athens Bar Association.
She has been awarded an international certification as a Compliance Officer by TÜV AUSTRIA HELLAS and is currently completing her LL.M. in Chinese Business Law and Investment at Fudan University of Shanghai, China.
She practices across various fields, with a particular interest in Capital Markets Law, Compliance & Corporate Governance related matters. She also works on HNWI matters in regards to trusts & foundations.
